  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Joining Formalities , KRAs.
  • Induction Program.
  • Personnel Administration & Record keeping.
  • Preparing Offer letter,Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter.
  • Maintaning Time Office & Pay Roll (Salary Administration).
  • Leave Management
  • HR MIS
  • Maintaining all Daily Reports.
  • *Employee, Training and Development:
    • Preparation of the Training Calendar based of TNI (Training Need Identification).
    • Identification of Training Need Analysis and nominations for internal/external training programs.
    • Planned, scheduled and coordinated the training programme.
    • Execution of overall Training Programs.
              Maintain all Training forms & documents like Training Calendar, Training Scheduling, Training Feedback form, Training Attendance form, Training Evaluation Form, Training History Cards             and Training Feedback Analysis.
