Position:  Store Officer

Educational Qualification – Any Graduate

Knowledge- Required knowledge of Store activity (For details please see attachment)

Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in Store

Salary- depend on interview

1             Issue slip clear in system

2             Material inward

3             Material inward & check physical quantity

4             Finishing job work update in system

5             Plant II material weight verify

6             Plant II material issue as per issue slip

7             Switch, compression & deflashing material issue as per issue slip

8             Issue in system

9             Give WIP Acknowledge & check material physically

10           Avoid stock mismatches in store

11           GRN Preperation

12           Responsible for proper material handling

13           Monthly stock reconcelation

14           Follow storage norms

15           Maintain records & documentation

16           Maintain 5S at store

17           Dispatch quantity check physically in store

18           Inovice preperation and collect PDI

19           Load dispatch vehicle

20           Tomorrow dispatch quantity physically check in store

21           Videocon dispatch quantity check and dispatch

22           Prepare GDN

23           Inovice making

24           Prepare DC

25           Prepare road permit

26           Daily dispatch planning & check material availability at store

27           Daily dispatch details send to customer

28           Take followup of deflashing for dispatch urgency one day before

29           Maintaing records & documentation

30           Update dispatch related all documents
