BE ( Mechanical ) - 1 to 2 yrs exp
Dip in Mechanical - 5 to 6 yrs exp
BE ( Mechanical ) - 3 to 6 yrs exp
Dip in Mechanical - 5 to 8 yrs exp

Experience BE ( Mechanical ) - 5 to 6 yrs exp exp in polyester industry, continuous process industry
Dip in Mechanical - 8 to 10yrs exp exp in polyester industry, continuous process industry
BE ( Mechanical ) - 2 to 3 yrs exp exp in polyester industry, continuous process industry
Dip in Mechanical - 5 to 8yrs exp exp in polyester industry, continuous process industry

Key Job Success factors

Preferable experience in chemical or Textile, polyester in CP

Sound knowledge of Maintenance activities in CP Plant

Knowledge and Skills

? Should conversant with operation and maintenance of mechanical rotary equipment’s like pump,
agitators, gearbox, mechanical seals, cutter, hoist, blowers, valves etc...
? Candidate having experience of continuous polymerization (CP) is good advantage and is only
preferred.
? Should have good experience in planning & execution of maintenance activities (on field).
? Should have good experience in administration of departmental activities and handling group of
peoples.
? Candidate should conversant with IMS system practices & record keeping.
? Candidate should conversant with basic spare management system.
? Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, on field maintenance query's.
? Should ensure that every maintenance activity carried out properly & with adherence to safety
norms.
? Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, thinking outside the box often leads to novel
solutions
that increase shift performance & manpower efficiency .
