Production Supervision

Job Description:

1. Educational Qualification – Diploma, BE, CIPET or equivalent
2. Knowledge- Required knowledge of Production Supervision in Compression Moulding industry
3. Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in Production (Compression Division)
4. Salary- As per knowledge

Responsibility:

1              Need to achieve targets as per given plan

2              Rejection monitoring in produced qty

3              Flash Reduction

4              Need to monitor OEE & suggest improvement for the same

5              Manpower handling & reduce manpower changeover

6              Reduce breakdown due to manual error

7              Give proper training to operator

8              Update format on time with accuracy

9              Machine cleaning on daily basis

10           Maintain 5S on shopfloor

11           Clear hold material on regular basis

12           Create awareness along employees about safety

13           Check daily losses & action plan for the same

14           Handling material, machine & mould carefully

15           Mould maintenance followup

16           Shopfloor RM planning

17           RM reconsilation

18           Troubleshooting

19           Shift Handling

20           Productivity Improvements

21           Maintain & upgrade process parameters

22           To take trial & establish process & parameters for new mould, machine
