Machine Maintenance officer

Job Description:

1.    Educational Qualification – Diploma, BE, CIPET or equivalent

2.    Knowledge- Required knowledge of Moulding machine maintenance of injection, compression, plastic

3.    Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in Moulding machine maintenance,

4.    Salary- As per knowledge

Responsibility for Machine Maintenance

1. Check & Monitor reading of water, electricity & compressor & take corrective action if consumption increased

2. Responsible for all aspects of injection moulding but not limited to setup & tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance & workflow

3. Check & resolve problems of taking & take permanent solution to avoid repeated issues

4. Prepare PM plan & follow strictly

5. Working with outside vendors Update NC register on daily basis & take corrective actions for the same

6. Update all details in SKY ERP related to machine maintenance Required quick reply on internal & external mails

7. Maintain & follow history card & take corrective action for repeated issue

8. Check machine spare condition & order if required before any BD Occurs Follow lean manufacturing activity (Update PQCDSM, Check sheet etc)

9. Required active participation in 5S, Kaizen activity

10. Take & complete at least one project per month

10. Individually face various audit & close NC on time

11. Required active participation in various events organized by company

12. If any issue occurred in automation take followup of service Engg & resolve within same day

13. Required action plan of monthly losses occurred due to machine maintenance, Monitor unsafe condition & resolve immediately
