Job Description:

Work from the office only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of job descriptions.

- Sourcing and connecting with people through job boards, LinkedIn, and Social Media.

- Explaining job roles to interested candidates.

- Interview scheduling and follow-up.

- Offer negotiation of candidates and joining

- Managing candidates in an application tracking system (ATS)

The following training will be provided:

- End-to-end recruitment cycle.

- How to research the client's company and job profile before starting sourcing.

- Communication speech

- Job board sourcing.

- Evaluation/screening of candidates.

- Candidate management through software.

- LinkedIn search

- X-ray search

- Boolean Search

- Strong and effective email communication.

- Effective follow-up methods.

- Salary breakup

- Negotiation techniques.

- All secrets of recruitment to become a successful Talent acquisition specialist and HR Executive
