Managing the south region for Modern trade generating business from national as well asregional key accountsJoint Business Plan with Key National Accounts and regional accounts to set the Account wiseobjectiveFor the current financial year and develop the tools to achieve the same.Review of performance with chains on Quarterly basis to analyze current performance basisplanAnd incorporate changes if required in yearly plans.Delegation of responsibility to Key Accounts Sales Officers and motivating them to achieve theobjectives set for their accounts.Internal Alignment with the Brand Managers and KAMs to ensure our brand objective alwaysgets achieved in Modern trade accounts.Managing ATL and BTL activities across the region.
