Job Description:
Looking for Process Engineer for Cement Equipment
Ball Mill, VRM, Pyro, Silo, Packing Plant, Cooler, Rotary Kiln
Flow measurement, well versed with calculations
? Responsible for Project Commencing and Operation and plant process support to entire plant.
? Review the present operations & performance levels.
? Identifying the OFI(Opportunities for Improvements).
? Benchmarking the unit operations with reference to potential
? Capacities & Industry standards.
? Goal setting for key personnel with Cost & KPI integration.
? Revisiting the systems in place and refining, if needed.
? Day to day basis tracking of operational efficiencies, plant parameters guidelines to operational and maintenance team.
? Evaluations & root cause analysis of stoppages/breakdowns ,audits of all sections.
? Safety management.
? Project Management.
? Environment Management.
? Statutory Compliance, Cost Optimization, People development, System Implementation.
