Manager / Senior Manager Ecommerce
Job Description:
Manage and oversee the Company’s digital marketing efforts for growing business
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Increase customer engagement, promote products and optimize online experience
• Plan, design and execute marketing strategies to promote services to online customers such as
promotions, discount, user reviews, email campaigns ; deploy SEO tools and methods to
ensure E- Commerce website is optimized
• Track and measure marketing programme effectiveness to drive improvement and alternative
action plan
Candidate Specification :
Total of 8-10 years of experience ; 5 years experience in the related area as individual contributor and 2 years of
supervisory experience
Preferably an MBA in Marketing
Knowledge, Skill and Ability required :
Demonstrated experience in online promotions and consumer activations
CRM
Creating interesting and unusual promotions and programs
Evaluating alternate programs and knowing what works with consumers and why
Initiative and follow through
Appreciation of consumer and brand
Logical thinking bringing a questioning attitude to an executional role
Ability to work with multi-functional teams
