Job Description:

MISSION STATEMENT

  • To build up Zentiva local guidelines, local procedures of packaging material management
  • Designs and process of packaging material changes
  • Direct Management of the local Artwork team

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Lead a local team of AW specialist to dedicated portfolio including recruiting, training. To follow standard processes, cooperation on definition of standards and WoW.
  • Reporting, escalation and arbitration process.
  • To coordinate daily activities within the local team and follow the status of ongoing Vista folders. Participate on daily operational activities if needed.
  • Cooperation with demand team, master data team, product launch management, regulatory, marketing and others. In the case of the development of graphics by an external agency he/she coordinate and manage cooperation according to standards of Zentiva company to graphic agency.

 

  • Responsibility for creating of graphics of packaging materials of the product used for registration purposes (Mockup) as well as for the purposes of production-printing of packaging material (Artwork). The graphics should respect graphic design manual, legislative rules related to packaging materials, technical and technological rules during the production of packaging material as well as during packaging process. Responsibility for corrections and validation of PM within workflow (VistaLink Tool).
  • Responsible for establishing of new BOM and maintaining existing BOM in SAP or CEP based on change management and communication of these valid BOM with EPP Demand management.  

                                                                                                                     

  • Responsibility for periodically reporting - addition data to the KPI's 2nd working day of new month. Informing n+1 manager in the case of general problems that affect the delay submitting of artworks - ideally 1 per week.

 

  • Participation on internal meetings, Change Control Committee, meetings with QA and others stakeholders

 

  • The employee will perform other tasks under the direction of the Manager within the agreed type of work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • High school with technical, graphic or printing orientation, technically oriented
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DTP or Graphic Agency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma business
  • Expert knowledge of the pre-press, graphic design, printing and adjusting technology
  • Professional skills in working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
  • Knowledge of Win Office applications
  • Communication skills, negotiation skills
  • Project management
  • Active knowledge of English
