Job Description: Account Director

Responsibilities – • The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns (Day-to-day execution will be AE role not Account Manager, he needs to only supervise)

• Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability

• Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level

• The organisation of client feedback

• Involvement in new business development to grow the practice

• Generating accurate reports and status notifications (Reporting would be done by AE, way forward and learning needs to be summarised by Manager)

• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients

• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

• Significant experience in professional client relationship management

• A solid background in digital advertising

• The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level, and proven experience in building Brands

• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Effective team management capabilities

Additional Qualifications • Experience leading a team of client servicing, project managers, and creatives to deliver multimedia content capture and post-production • Basic scoping and financial management skills (like articulating deliverables and interpreting burn reports) • Solid Power Point skills, particularly pitching creative or channel recommendations and results reporting • Must have strong fundamentals in client servicing • Strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in digital media and upcoming trends
