Job Description:
Looking for Only Diploma holder candidates for this profile.
BTech / ITI will not be considered.
Only Male preferred
First Telephonic Round of screening will be done, once CV received.
- Set up of EDM sinking machines and manufacturing of single or multiple parts according drawing under consideration of the tolerances and part requirements.
- Set up and programing of EDM sinking machine
- Operating of the automating
- Operating of CMM machines
- Independent processing of defined work processes (machine set up sheet)
- Evaluation of electrode and work piece offset data
- Support of the mould design in term of electrode design.
- Feedback of production optimization to the team leader/CAM programmer
- Time record of the manufactured parts
- Maintenance of the EDM machines
- Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Tool & Die making – 4 years
- Graduation of an technical metal education
- Knowledge to operate and program EDM sinking machines
- Knowledge to operate and program CMM machines
- Basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
