Job Responsibilities:
· Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
· Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
· Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
· Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
· Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
· Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
· Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
· Contribution towards building the salesforce practice and pre-sales

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum work experience 8+ years of software development, 5 years of Salesforce application development and 3 years of Aura/LWC development
· Self-motivated and creative
· Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud, SFDX
· Experience in multi-system integration
· Experience in source code control
· Salesforce Developer Certification – Platform developer 1 
· Experience developing customer-facing applications
· Experience in Salesforce community development
· Experience in Agile methodology
· Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)
· Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal(community) development experience.
· Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
· com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.
· Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
· Strong SDLC experience
· Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
· com Certified Force.com Developer
· Object-Oriented Development Skills
· SQL, RDBMS experience.
· Experience in Force.com product will be an advantage
 
  • MUST HAVES:
    1. - Minimum of 9+ year hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development (Overall 9+ IT experience)
    2. - Proficient with Salesforce Customizations like Apex, VisualForce, Lightning (Aura & Web Components), Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/Experience Cloud, SFDX.
    3. - Proficient in Salesforce configurations like Process builder, Flows, Single Sign On, Security Setup, OWD etc.
    4. - Experience in designing the integration architecture for Salesforce system.
    5. - Experience in git based source code control systems like gitlab, github, bitbucket etc.
    6. - Experience in setting up and maintaining of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for Salesforce projects (either using Scratch Org or Sandbox based approaches)
    7. - Experience in implementing Apex design patterns. And in Large data volume migration using BULK API.
    8. - Proficient in concepts like oAuth 2.0 flows, Governor limits and its consideration while coding, Object model designing (consideration like LDV, indexes, skinny tables etc), archival processes etc.
    9. - Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
    10. - Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.
    11. - Strong SDLC experience / Exposure to Agile
    12. - Good communication skills (esp Verbal)
    13. - Self-motivated and creative, ability to mentor and coach & lead project technical team with proper guidance
    14. - Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform
    15. - Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within agreed timeline
    16. Notice period: Only candidates serving notice period or if official notice period is 30 days.
    17. Must have good communication so ensure you have a lengthy conversations with the candidate
    18. Stability is a must, cannot consider candidates changing organizations in less than 2 years
    19. Location: Across Globe (permanent remote working can also be opted)

  • NICE TO HAVES:
    1. - SF Certification PD1/PD2, JavaScript Developer 1
    2. - Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx
    3. - Experience / Exposure to Presales activities

    5. - Object Oriented Development Skill
    6. - Experience in package development using 2GP will be a great advantage

  • ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
    1. Reporting: Will report to Project manager
    2. Process: 3 Rounds of Technical interview + 1 Managerial Interview
