Roles and Responsibilities


Candidate who has worked in Petrochemical / Specialities Oil / Lubricant Industry need only apply


Will be primarily responsible for Export Sales which includes :

 

  • Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment

    of company's international sales goals and profitability.

  • Browse companies details, product list & market research in order to generate leads.
  • Drop introductory emails to clients
  • All the external email communication routed through export sales coordinator only.
  • Approach to clients telephonically & through email to attract and generate new business across  the globe.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted

    for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.

  • Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales
  • Coordinate with Legal team to develop international sales contracts in foreign markets
  • Prepare Export Sales MIS and reporting to Management
  • Other activities as per Management discretion

Must be a Graduate with 10 - 15 years of working experience into Export Sales from Petrochemical / Specialities Oil / Lubricant Industry

Should be having sound understanding about International Market

Should be conversant with all applicable Government Norms

Should be having Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Must be a Computer Savvy
