Job Description:
- Scout for and hire women from nearby areas/vocational schools or colleges and facilitate their training across different departments (cutting/stitching/packing) with the aid of the department heads
- Conduct performance management of the employees
- Conduct job analysis of each job to know the worth and reward employees accordingly
- Management of salaries and wages of employees
- Negotiate with labour contractors
- Forecast when there will be a period of labour shortage and accordingly plan to offset it
- Ensure safety and healthy working conditions of the employees
- Fulfill compliance requirements in conjunction with concerned personnels
- Keep employees motivated
