Job Description:

KEY OBJECTIVES

 

  • OIM is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Compliance Assurance Management Systems (CAMS), the Case for Safety and the Health Safety and Welfare of all persons onboard the facility.

 

  • For a safe and efficient  offshore operation, the maintenance  of  technical integrity, compliance with safe operating practices, environmental and legislative requirements.

 

  • Carryout out duties in accordance with IMS documents and best Industry practices.

 

  • Ensure compliance  to  HSSEQ  policies,  MAPP  Policy,  procedures  and guidelines during activities.

 

  • Comply with Process Safety Management System.

 

  • Fulfill the risk management requirements by ensuring all risks in the operation and maintenance of the facility are identified and procedures are established and implemented.

 

  • Manage the human resources available onboard so as to maintain a flexible and efficient work culture.

 

  • Manage the  facility  onboard  management  budget,  prepare  accounts  and financial reports, control of costs and oversee the operation of the purchasing system.

 

  • Manage and co-ordinate any Emergency Response.
