Solution Architect / Sr.Senior Solution Architech

Job Description:

• We are looking for hands-on cloud architects who will work with other Professional Services consultants in a project to:
• Dive deep into inventory and application data of the customer’s on-premises / cloud services to assess the portfolio and develop decision criteria to create initial migration wave plans.
• Analyse the customer’s existing infrastructure design including network, storage, computing resources, along with the operational processes/policies to design a secure, robust, and highly tolerant multi-account AWS environment based on AWS best practices.
• Develop required operating and governance models and help customers to migrate applications to AWS.
• Work thoroughly based on the cloud best practices to ensure optimized solutions as per the AWS well-architected pillars.
• Help customers and partners to be prepared for cloud operations and identify the areas for automation to accelerate the migration and transformation of the organization.
• Establish the future operating model for the cloud and plan, guide, and support an efficient progression of the operational model during the migration.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

? 5-12 yrs of overall experience with 3 to 8 years of hand-on experience on Cloud Services/Platforms in AWS/Azure.
? Working experience Hybrid infra along with exposure to Application stack deployment understanding.
? Good to have service delivery exposure.
? Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.
? Experience in large project assessment / migration / implementation using IaaS and PaaS provided by Cloud Providers.
? Good to have Data centre or application transformation exposure.
? Exposure to assessment tools like Cloudamize, Risk etc.
? Strong communication skills to effectively communicate, make strategic recommendations to Sr. Mgmt. as well as all levels of internal/external service partners.
? Create good presentations with all relevant information geared to win deals and make the internal customers see value of the Rapyder.
? Closed at least 4-5 Big Deals on Cloud Migration/ Workload Hosting/Application Development/SAAS Offering.
? Any Cloud Certifications at professional level is must.
