Export Documentation – Executive - Vashi
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Export Documentation – Executive a Reputed Company for the Vashi location.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Receiving Documents (Invoice and Packing list) and instructions from shippers.
- Checking the Invoice and Packing list, if any corrections then getting it rectified from the ship
- Making New documents entries in the Register on the daily basis.
- Preparing Customs Documentation in (Free S\Bill, DEPB S/Bill, DBK S/Bill, DEPB cum EPCG S/Bill, DEEC cum EPCG S/Bill, DBK cum EPCG).
- Sending the same documents to Docs (Dronagiri / JWC) and confirming the same with the concerned customs clerk
- Checking after shipment documents with respect of appropriate Drawback Status.
- Making shipment entries in the software
Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience -min 2yrs preferred from (freight forwarding co)
Communication Skills - English, Hindi,
