PATHOLOGY LAB EXECUTIVE- TESTING

Job Description:

• Address all administrative and customer issues related tolaboratory in Health Check
• Issue reports, fill and clear pending tests and check the documentation. 
• Review segregation and distribution of samples as per SOP. 
• Take corrective actions if safety procedures are not followed and ensure the quality of samples is maintained.
• Impart patient education both pre and post sample collection. Address patient Queries
• Oversee activities of juniortechnicians in maintaining cleanliness.
• Review and Ensure SOP compliance and Adherence
• Review and Manage availability of adequate stock of consumables.
• Plan, conduct and monitor internal quality control audits on regular intervals.
• Mentor and train theTechnicians in the departmental procedures, and maintain roster of duties
• Ensure documentation for NABL accreditation is properly maintained.
