Job Description:
Require immediately for a leading STEEL INDUSTRIES and a highly reputed Group for manager (Metallugy/B.sc) for Operation /FERRO ALLOYS 9MVA/16MVA at BOBILI Location ,
industry type : - (CONVERTER BASED OPERATION FOR FEMN REFINING)
requirement of minimum cost
2. Co-ordination with Marketing, Purchase, Raw
Material, FAD and all other concerned
departments.
3. Continuous improvement in process and
maintenance.
4. Ensure discipline among team members and keep
them motivated.
5. Ensure Zero accident.
6. Proper co-ordination between work force and top
management.
7 To ensure refractory materials availability and
proper applications tc achieve minimum refractory
cost and zero breakdown due to refractory failure
or material unavailability.
8. Should be a team leader and able to transfer
knowledge to all team members right up to GT
9. Should have an approach to develop team leaders
10. Should have strong enthusiasm and zeal to
achieve KPI based targets
11. Should have in-depth knowledge of AOD
