Role Requirements

The candidate should ideally be from Healthcare Insurance background as the job will involve very close interaction with the stakeholders and the candidate should be energetic and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule using Excel, and other reporting software.
Collects and documents reporting / Dashboard requirements from requestors to ensure appropriate creation of reports and analyses. Uses peer-to-peer review process and end-user consultation to reduce report writing errors and rework.
Analyse data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, trend changes, and opportunities.
Use the data to prepare regular and insightful descriptive analytics reports which should show the key trends
The candidate should be able to understand unstructured data and be able to prepare the data in structured format to deliver meaningful insights
Create forecasting models which can be used to advice the client for changes in their benefits.
Support the team in preparing the annual benchmarking report and manage the large amount of survey response data to analyse the responses
Demonstrate Healthcare experience in Quantifying, Measuring and Analysing Financial and Utilization Metrics of Healthcare

Technical Skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Knowledge and understanding of Healthcare Insurance analytics
Ability to create interactive models in MS Excel
Strong programming skills in Excel and VBA are a big plus
Basic skills in R programming and inclination towards data science will be preferred

General Skills
Should possess 1-2 years work experience in healthcare insurance analytics domain
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment
