Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager - Billing & Collection for a reputed company at the CBD Belapur location.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for curating bills for every event collection of the same amount pre-event.
- Monitors every event billing & payment.
- Collect payments and post to accounts.
- Confirm receipt of the payment with accounts.
- Reach out to vendors for details required and clear their payments post confirmation from the head.
- Maintains files on the financial status of all types of events per month.
- Keep track of delinquent accounts.
- Make personal visits as necessary for collection.
- Set up repayment plans according to the ability to pay.
- Record changes of address, people, etc. in the cycle.
- Create weekly reports for billing & collection.
- Compile reports of weekly collection for monthly reporting.
