Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Working knowledge of AUS to determine applicable closing loan conditions
? Review closed loan package for completeness and accuracy including validating the information from
AUS, closing conditions, final loan documents and compliance requirements.
? Review closing documents to ensure they were properly executed
? Follow up on, review, request corrections and scan all trailing loan documents
? Escalate exceptions to applicable teams and follow through to get the exceptions cleared.
? Configure financial data and documents in the ERP system.
? Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data and documents in the ERP system.
? Perform verifications as per the process to determine authenticity of data.
SKILLS:
? Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (English reading comprehension, writing skills with
good Grammar and clear speaking ability.
? Solid understanding of various stages in the origination process (application process, processing,
underwriting, closing, post-closing.)
? Good understanding of all the document types in the origination process and regulatory requirements.
? Understanding of mortgage guidelines and policies for VA, FHA, FNMA, FHLMC & USDA
? Solid understanding on review of closing package for TRID (TILA RESPA integrated rule) compliance
and APR tolerances.
