Job Description:

Education: B.E (EEE, Mechanical, ENTC) / B.Tech.
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs experience in Sales & Marketing of HVAC Projects, Solar Air conditioning, Pumps etc.
Work location: PAN India - Marketing

Job description: Sales & Marketing:

1. Sales Lead Generation through Sales Team & Reference.
2. Preparation of quotations & Proposals and share with client as per their requirements.
3. Pre-sales activities like Site review, Proposal sending, guide customer for right product.
4. Delight Client & Bigger client Handling by own.
5. Building positive relationship with customers.
6. Controlling & handling the Sales Team, and Sales Target achievement through Team members.
7. Responsible for Company Revenue Targets Completion on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
8. Travelling pan India for sales generation.
9. Dealers & Distributors office visit for Product Training and Sales Strategy planning.
10. MIS reporting Daily, Weekly & monthly basis.
11. Management meetings attend for discussion of Sales Target and performance of sales team and Strategic planning for sales development.
12. Closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company.
13. Responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs.
14. Manage a sales territory for providers of services and/or commodity products.
15. Read and takes off blue prints; estimates, bids and negotiates projects; performs heat loss and heat gain load calculations; lays-out and designs HVAC systems; and has a general working knowledge of this industry.
16. Handle the business, support Dealers, and Solve technical problems.
17. Goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have a genuine empathy for customers along with willingness to help others.
