Job Description:

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Sr. Medical Billing Specialist for a reputed Healthcare Company at the New Jersey, USA location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer billing queries, respond to client queries via email/ calls, ensure proper client coordination is happening and query resolution is provided quickly

• Identify billing errors, and suggest the client the possible solutions, identify missing information on the bills, and ask clients for more details in order to process it for claim submission

• Should have good knowledge and understanding of CPT codes and keep abreast of the billing rules

• Should be able to provide billing service requests from coming from doctor’s office, hospitals, etc

• Should be the single point of contact for resolving client queries

• Should be able to pull demographics and notes and respond to the client

• Manage a team of 6-7 employees, coordinate with the India team, and US team in order to get faster resolutions

• Strong understanding of medical billing process

• Good to have - understanding of EMR application, should be able to implement/ train EMR application for our clients

 Candidate profile details:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A blended dynamic of self-motivation/can-do attitude, initiative-taking, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in Billing Industry
• Ability to motivate the offshore team to deliver high-quality output and resolve Doctor queries
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning, and organization skills
• Solid verbal and written communication
• Good to have - Fluent in Spanish

• Experience level: 5+ years

Travel Requirements: Moderate travel in the US, for visiting Doctor Clinics
