Job Description:
- Responsible for new plastics Injection mold development for Home appliances.
- Providing engineering support to manufacturing and R & D to improve quality & safety.
- Coordination with vendor, tool makers for all tooling related works.
- Finalize timeline for tool development with tool makers.
- Mold estimated cost costing and set target cost for tool makers.

- Moulds development in-house& from outsource.
- Familiarity in manufacturing process and appropriate costs of project
- Mould spotting skills for flash elimination &manifold spotting of hot runners moulds.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions
- Rapid tooling’s in epoxies for prototype moulds.
- Six sigma training regarding the waste elimination, improved customer service, reduce cost.
- SAP-ERP training for data entry in computer of work, brek- down, on daily basis so to analyze
the report on daily basis reasons of breakdown to avoid repeatability.
- Continual improvement training of the quality management system.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech in Plastic / PMD B.tech Mechanical with 15 Year Experience in Mold Development And Manufacturing
