Job Description:
Hiring for Design & Development Engineer for Electrical & Electronics Industry
Education: BE/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: Min 8 to 10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Solving problem occurred in machine (CNC, Hydraulic Machine and Press Machine& SPM).
- Electrical Preventive maintenance of the machine.
- New plant installation knowledge of electrical division
- New project installation knowledge like GDC shop
- Deleing with MSEDCL legal activity
- Monitoring and maintaining all power consumption data on daily basis
- Knowledge of SAP regarding Maintenance Department
- Knowledge of tracking power data, external and internal cost, preventive maintenance cost, fuel cost and its all analysis
- Solving the problem occurred in paint shop(Burner, Blower, Liquid Paint gun, Short blasting, conveyer )
- Analysis the problem of machine and finding root cause.
- Test the drive ,motor, spare equipment and prepare report
- Maintain the department 5S
- Prepare daily report
- Can handle PLC based problem in machine.
Job Location: Chitegaon MIDC, Aurangabad
Salary: up to 5 LPA
