- Should be fluent with processes and best practices to be adopted by an IT company, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Team Building Initiatives, Compensation/ Benefits, Statutory guidelines, Industry/
Academic relationships
- Excellent documentation and Analytical skills for assessment/ benchmarking/ reporting
Job Requirements
- Should be well versed with the cross culture needs of an multi-locational IT company
- Should be having professional educational background in HR preferably Masters and with 12+ years of professional experience.
