Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Safety Officer for a leading producer of specialty chemicals for the Ambernath location.

Job description:

  • Take daily plant round to observe unsafe acts/conditions and recommendations given &its record maintained.
  • Arrangements of First-Aid training.
  • To inspect First-Aid box, Ambulance, Fire extinguishers, safety showers, etc.
  •  Safety Induction training is given to the new employees.
  •  Preparation of HIRA, Job Safety Analysis, Risk assessment.
  •  To comply with legal requirements for safety, health and environment
  •  Safety performance report weekly and monthly, safety statistics reports.

 

Education Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Chemical engineering  with Advance Diploma in Safety (ADIS)

Experience: 3 to 5 year

Industry Preferred: Chemical & API

Candidate location should be: Kalyan / Ambernath/Badlapur only
