Production Manager

Job Description:

1. Sc/ B. Pharma/ M. Sc/ M. Pharma/ B. Tech (Cosmetics)/ M. Tech (Cosmetics) 
2. Graduate with minimum 8-9 years Pharma/ Cosmetics Company experience
3. Responsible for handling all production activities pertaining to all the products.
4. Responsible to handle all manufacturing activities as per the regulatory requirement.
5. Responsible to handle the team to achieve the set targets and maintaining qualitative , quantitative as well as cGMP aspects.
6. Responsible for coordinating with other departments like stores, QA, Maintenance, purchase department, Planning, Process development in day to day activity for enhancement of optimization resulting enhancement in productivity.
7. Responsible to prepare the Daily ,weekly and monthly reports and act accordingly to achieve the better targets and to fulfill the qualitative , quantitative and GMP requirements.
8. Should capable to implement Innovative ideas within the process as continuous improvement to increase the facility utilization.
9. Should have knowledge of product cycle time and its application in day to day activities.
10. Should have knowledge of formulations respect to the regulatory requirements.
11. Should have sound knowledge of machines used in packaging and its functionality.
12. Should be well versed with the qualification requirements of the equipment's and related documentation.
13. Should have sound hand on planning and its implementation/ execution.
14. Additive knowledge of activities of Quality Management Systems such as deviations, change control, incident etc will be added advantage.
15. Able to handle audits.
