Job Responsibility:
Responsible for corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance of machines as per PM plan.Responsible for attending any type of break down.
Responsible for operation & maintenance of all Facility & utility.
Safety assurance & changes in the electrical circuit to improve productivity.
Responsible for Internal & External Audits.
Machines handled- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Press Machine (50 to 500 Tons), High Speed Press (200 to 350 tons), High-Speed Notching machine,Shotblasting, Clating machine, Die Casting, Slating Machine CNC,MPI Machine, Grader machine, Milling Machine, VMC Machine, stapping Machine, Leth Machine, Harding Tempering, Electrical Furnace, Oil Furnace, Welding Machine (Spot & CO2), Tig Welding,And all electrical work etc.
Responsible for achieving the common goals of the department.
•Handle all daily basis problems related to Electrical.
•Daily check & update electrical energy consumption as per sheet.
•Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
•Training is given to new joining operators related to Electrical system of M/C.
•Focus on safety-related Keizens.
