- Fortune 500 & SME experience as COO & CFO –Tata’s, ACS, i2 Technologies, Tally Solutions, Nitco, Semindia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in Corporate law
- Experience in SEBI Law
- Prepare and draft legal documents AND agreements.
Qualification Required: LLB + CS & Education from English medium
Experience Required: 1- 2 years in Non-Litigation.
