Working with team to Achieving Branch revenue Budgets. - Continuous prospecting for maintaining consistent business growth. - Ensuring client delight through superior services and client engagement activities - Work with the organization in implementing business process initiatives like Compass, ISO, SAIBA etc - Developing and maintaining systems and process for a smooth functioning of a branch. - Handling sales and operations teams Core Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Additional Behaviors) - Target (Sales) Focused and aggressive with nos. - Startegic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain - Understanding and Mapping of market - Networking & Relationship building with good people to people skills - Ability to be an effective team player - Versatility & Adaptability - Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge
