Post: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Education: DEE
Experience: Min 6 Month
Salary up to 1.80 LPA
New Machine commissioning & installation.
Maintenance for CNC turning machine,
Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, the executive for all machines.
Maintain spares required for machines and utility equipment
Electrical equipment knowledge - VCB. ACB. Capacitor connection. generator. Mccb. Mcb. Mpcb. Contactor. Relay. Plc. All types of switching devices. Panel wiring connection. Proximity sensor(inductive/capacitive). Induction motor. Transformers. & other equipment etc.
Carrying predictive maintenance activity.
Maintain the record of daily energy consumption and maintain the data of daily water and energy meter reading.
Maintain a log book (communication book), preventive maintenance and predictive.
Maintenance records, machine history cards, data entry, PM data entry into PM system and all dept Boards updated. Update breakdown & preventive maintenance
Making Why-Why analysis & root cause finding for breakdowns, take corrective action.
Machine modification, kaizen activities caring out to achieves targets of MTBF, MTTR, Energy Saving Poka-yoke.
