Job Description:
Walk-in Interview for Sales Officer for one of India’s leading Lending (Finance) Company

Qualifications: Any UG / Graduate
Years of Experience- 6 months to 2 Years in sales and marketing of any product
Salary: Selected candidates will be offered monthly CTC Rs. 14,800/- gross (inclusive of PF and ESIC contribution) on IDSL payroll (a company of Indiabulls)
Preferred Skills :
•Good communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.
•Go-getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
•Team player should be able to work under pressure.
•Knowledge of Mobile-based applications and Loan products will be an added advantage
Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred
Job Responsibility:
•A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
•Understand product and show product demos to the channel partners.
•Manage optimal sales targets through channel partners/shop owners/store owners.
•Establishing, maintaining and building a good rapport with Channel Partners.
•Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines.
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
•Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
•Co-ordinate with the customer service, back-end team for a smoother process and aim for a resolution of every query to maximize loan disbursals.
