Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of   Sr. Sales Executive/ Asst. Sales Manager leading Company  (Real-estate Service Provider - Channel Partner) at  Navi Mumbai (Belapur).

 


Designation: Sr. Sales Executive/ Asst. Sales Manager

 

Head Office Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)

Weekly Off- All Tuesday and 1st Wednesday of every Month

 

Qualification-

 

  • Graduate(Any)-(Sr. Sales Executive)
  • MBA(Any) (Asst. Sales Manager)

 

Note :  Leads would be Provided by the Company.

 

-Should have interest for Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Client Relations)

           

Job Profile:

  • Client and Customer Co-ordination.
  • Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
  • Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective buyers and other customers of the company.

 

Salary  : As per Industry Norms + Very Good Incentive
