Experience: 2-4 years
Keywords: Fabrication / Weld Shop department experience candidates should be preferred
- Experience in teaching & programming an ABB, Panasonic robot.
- Trouble-shooting & modification of Allen-Bradley Control Logix PLC programs, Mitsubishi PLC program.
- Good knowledge of Allen- Bradley PLC5, SLC.
- Working on servo motor and it's drive (Mitsubishi servo system).
- Modification in the electrical panel and PLC programs for eliminating the breakdown.
- Looking over all the maintenance robots, welding M/c, and manual CO2 welding M/c maintenance.
- Attending breakdown and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring problem and initiative corrective actions.
- Doing why-why analysis to prevent and reduce further the fault.
- Testing of all electronic components on the field as well as in the company
- Maintenance of 500KVA DG sets and its operation exchange in auto mode at power exchange.
- Maintenance of air compressor KESER make.
- Maintenance of cooling tower.
- Maintenance of Hoist makes Indef, Dmak.
- Make PM Plan for Spot Robot, Arc robot, IT guns, SSW machine, AC Drive, Panels
- Make PM Plan for Air Compressor, DG Sets, Cooling Tower.
- New Project Development & implementation.
- Make healthy & safety environment with deparment.
- Spares Availability & Take follow up materials.
