Job Description:

Personnel & Administration

  • Managing recruitment for sourcing as per manpower requirement through Job portals like Naukri, Monster india, Times job, Placement Consultant, Employee Referrals And Various Government employment and training schemes like EPP, Apprentice, etc.
  • Conducting preliminary Interviews, tackling and co-ordinating Walk-ins.
  • Identifying candidates as per the requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate’s credentials & career expectations.
  • Generating offer letters and managing post offer documentation at Corporate level basis.
  • Handling all joining formalities like, Induction, Orientation until F & F.
  • Monitoring security record.
  • Shop Floor management and smooth IR on floor, resolving employees & workmen grievances.
  • Monthly Payroll System: Tackled Payroll Processing for Marketing Team Spread over on all India level.
  • Compliances : PF Monthly Challan Submission within Stipulated time, ESIC Monthly Submission, Submission of MLWF, Renewal of RC, all Compliances of Employment exchange (ER-I, ER-II etc

Vendor Management  ( Labour Management & Placement Consultancy )

  • Overall process for vendor management mainly for Workmen & Staffing agencies.
  • Analysis of manpower requirement, recruitment and selection of the best suit for organization.
  • Checking of legal compliance and coordinating H.R. Audit for all Contractors.
  • Providing facilities to Company Workmen, Contract Workmen appointed by contractor and co-ordinating their supervisors, daily work status, grievances handling.

 Programme Implementation:-

  • Administering training activities, scheduling, training need identification, and organising trainings for employees, Company Workmen, Contract Workmen, EPP Trainee, APP Trainee.

Employee Relations & Welfare. :-

  • Coordinating with Corporate Level HR for employees as per company policies.
  • Engaging workmen by their participation in safety committee, review of suggestion, execution of previous suggestions.
  • Resolving grievances and organising motivational events like Birthday celebration, Monthly Performance Recognition.
  • Handling the discussions and issuance of oral reprimand/warning letters to concerns under non compliance of standard operations or if necessary then same is under compliance.
  • Conduct survey for employees and analyse obtained data for better work condition.
  • Involved in Wage Settlement at all units , Total Agreements 04
  • Organising Annual trip of Workmen.
  • Organising Annual Get together.
  • Annual Mediclaim Insurance Policy
  • Company Guest House Management
  • Canteen Management for Company Employees.
  • Involved in TPM Activities.
  • Worked As SHE Phiilar Chairman for BAL TPM Award.

 HR Module:-  

  • Coordinating HR & Admin Dept.
  • Set objective and work accordingly.
  • Fulfilling statutory compliance, internal and external audit of ISO/ TS & I-Way, Maintaining Individual Training Record & Monthly Training Record.
  • SCR Activities- Blood Donation Camps,.
  • Manpower Planning

Administration:-

  • Coordinating meeting with Clients,Contractors,Management,Special Events,
  • Handling the Housekeeping, Rest rooms, Office Infrastructure, Transport Management, Guest House, Hotel Booking ,Courier, Company Schemes for employees etc.
  • Negotiation with vendors regarding purchase terms conditions, rate comparison.
  • Correspondence with various government authorities like GLO,Industrial Safety & Health Dept. ,MPCB sub-regional Office ,P.F. Office and vendors, tackling routine administrative activities & various records like Circular, Show cause notices, etc.
  • Uniform & Identity Cards for employees, Company Workmen, Contract Workmen
  • Visiting cards for employees .
  • Tackling Group Mobile CUG Policy for all employees.
  • All types of agreements like contract, rent etc.
