Job Description:
• Managing an average team size of 3 or more team leaders
Client, Customer & People Management
Proficiency level on Excel has to be Good and should be able to generate and develop reports for business insights, which can also be used to improve performance of the individuals and the team overall
Conduct weekly reviews & present an action plan to the Management (should be proficient enough in the presentation skills)
• Graduates.
• Candidates should be from Outbound Sales background.
• Hands on with MS Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience into team handling with at least 1 year as AM.
