- Ensuring the quality of product is consistent with the companyÂ’s policy requirement & is in accordance with applicable standards & clientÂ’s specification.
- Daily ensures the 3rd party inspections & certifications as per customer requirement for RM, WIP, & FG etc.
- Process Audits and Checks (Internal Quality Audit).
- Initiating new product development and validate manufacturing process to standardize line.
- Analysis of customer complaints issues and takes preventive action.
- Coordination with multiple agencies like Production, materials, Logistics & purchase for achieving the quality related functions.
- 5S implementation and Kaizen implementation.
- Third Party inspection handling with agencies.
- Good knowledge of MS office & SAP module.
- Coordination with sub contract activities of various Inspections.
- Review vendor & subcontractorÂ’s procedures, quality documents & ensure the compliance with the requirements of relevant specifications & project requirements.
- Ensures the Incoming Material Inspection & compliance, handling rejections with supplier resolution.
- Ensuring the painting quality of products as per customer requirements.
- Solving Problems related to rejection, Rework.
- Development of standard & customer specific QAP for various jobs & take approval from client.
- Review of contract documents to identify any special Quality Control requirements for suitability/ capability of compliance.
- Inspection carried out for various press & fabricated parts.
- Conduct regular visit at vendor facilities for Raw Materials and submit inspection visit report to Materials & Purchase Dept. with necessary Recommendation.
