Joining Location - Bangalore(Infantry Road)

Exp - 8 - 12 Years

Skill Requirements:

1. The candidate should have at least 8-12 years of experience in handling customer engagement as a business consultant in a pre-sales/consulting/delivery role
2. Should have an excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Should have worked on at least 3-4 engagements (end to end) in digital commerce engagements
4. Should have at least 2-4 years experience in digital commerce domain
5. Should have a fair knowledge and experience in problem definition, business process analysis, modelling and business case development
6. Should have an excellent analysis and documentation skills
7. Should be good at facilitating the business workshops and moderating the discussions
8. Experience in Oracle Commerce or any similar products (hybris/websphere commerce) is desired but not mandatory
9. Experience in working with the offshore team is desired but not mandatory
10. Experience in account management/program management is desired but not mandatory
11. Degree/post graduation in technology and/or management is desired but not mandatory

Role Description:

1. The consultant should be able to do a detailed as-is analysis of the customer business process, identify the existing problem areas, benchmark the customer process and features w.r.t the industry best practices, recommend the best practices for future digital commerce implementations
2. Should be able to showcase the digital commerce best practices to the customers and build the trust and confidence
3. Should be able to demonstrate the oracle commerce product capabilities for the customer business needs (with the support from the offshore team) and do a mapping of the OOTB capabilities w.r.t customer requirements
4. Should be able to facilitate the workshops, moderate the discussions and drive the team towards expected goals
5. Should be able to document the business needs, define the business architecture and provide recommendations
6. Should be able to present the findings and recommendations to the key stakeholders and top management teams through presentations
7. Should be able to build the business case for digital commerce implementations
