GST Expert

Job Description:

• Independent handling of GST function of the organization
• Supervise end to end accounting of GST
• Prepare GST returns on periodical basis as per timelines
• Prepare GST refund filing applications and ensuring refund is secured on timely basis
• Liaise with respective teams internally / externally for GST return preparations & filing and GST credit reconciliation
• Ensuring completion of GST audit in timely manner
• Having in-depth knowledge of GST rules and updated with recent GST amendments
• Appear before tax authorities in respect of any GST/Service tax assessments, return filings, refund filings, etc.
• Prepare month end reports for tax liabilities, payment thereof and GST credit mismatch
• To maintain the books of accounts and verify correctness of entries
• To assist in day to day accounting, month end book closure and year end audit
• Accuracy and timeliness of reports
• Ensuring end to end GST compliance
• Timeliness and accuracy of year end closing, audits
