Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description:

 Coordinate with logistics partner, customers & other departments to manage returns and

reverse logistics

• Managing inward & outward inventory for reverse logistics.

• Compiling daily returns data as per platform backend

• Processing refund/exchange for returns

• Reconciliation of logistics, delivery & payments processed

• Return Policy Management

• Responsible for orders fulfilment of associate brands - Generating manifests & dispatch

labels for the orders & sharing it to the dispatch team for timely dispatches.

• Maintaining the sales data of associate brands

Skills and Experience required:

• B.Com/M.com

• Have a basic understanding of how Ecommerce & online transactions work

• Good verbal & written communication in English

• Should be good at Excel

• Task & time management abilities are important with ability to prioritise

• Should be a fast learner with ability to multitask & work under pressure

• Ability to work as a part of team & collaborate with others
