Job Description:
Should possess minimum 3 years experience working on Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Experience in sales with contractor and Builders.
- Experience in technical sales.
- Good PR /Strong relationship with contractors and builders.
- Knowledge about construction equipments or related equipments.
- Identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
- Obtain regular feedback from customers regarding our products and services
- To cover all potential areas for generating sales at grass root level.
- Regular communication with customers regarding product requirements, schedule of delivery and follow up for payments.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
- Any other activities as defined by the Area Sales Manage
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base (Farmer Meeting)
- Service the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
