Job Description:

Should possess minimum 3 years experience working on Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in sales with contractor and Builders.
  • Experience in technical sales.
  • Good PR /Strong relationship with contractors and builders.
  • Knowledge about construction equipments or related equipments.
  • Identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
  • To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
  • Obtain regular feedback from customers regarding our products and services
  • To cover all potential areas for generating sales at grass root level.
  • Regular communication with customers regarding product requirements, schedule of delivery and follow up for payments.
  • To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
  • Any other activities as defined by the Area Sales Manage
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base (Farmer Meeting)
  • Service the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
