PRODUCTION MANAGER-PAINT
Job Description:
We are currently looking for production manager paint inudstries knowledge and experience in water based R&D, pigment etc.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility of Technical, Quality and Cost effective Manufacturing of the Products. In addition, it also involves Plant Quality and Process Safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and person, Plant related IR and Cost effective plant operations
- Manage the production of industrial paints and coatings in a safe and efficient environment and implementing improvements to processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Manpower, resource and raw material planning and management
- Production and cost planning and management
- Plant and equipment planning and management
- Ensuring all production meets quality assurance standards
Thorough knowledge of Machineries used for manf.of paints
Production Planning
Technical knowledge of products to be manufactured.
Knowledge of Development of water based as well as solvent based paints
Knowledge of maintenance of Machineries
Creativity and innovation
Good coordination with site people as well as marketing people
Raw Material planning and good coordination with purchase dept
Company Profile
---nbsp;is a water resistant, white cement based putty applied before the painting of the wall. It enables a strong base on concrete or mortar walls and ceilings. It can be used for both exterior and interior applications. The main function of Mr. Putty is to fill the fine pores of walls and ceilings, thereby ensuring a white, smooth and dry surface for painting. Being water resistant, it prevents walls from flaking, which is a usual occurrence on painted surfaces. The putty contains special polymers which facilitate more adhesive strength, providing a strong base and ensuring a longer life for the painted surface.
