Job Description:
Responsible for all over Electrical in steel melting shop. Experience : 8 year and above Qualification : B.E. - Electrical, B. Tech. -Electrical Skill : Having knowledge Panel, Crane maintenance, Induction furnace Maintenance etc.
- Responsible for Manufacturing of mild steel Billets.
- Responsible for overall plant ( SMS Section)-Electrical plant machinery attend break down & Preventive maintenance i.e. – Double Girder Electric Overhead Travelling(EOT) , Hydraulic Bundle Press, Industrial Oven, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Press, Dust Collector, FRP Industrial Cooling Tower, Crusher m/c(Jaw & Rotary type) etc.
- Responsible for utilities handling i.e. –D.G set , Compressor (Screw type, Reciprocating) etc.
- Planning for the Preventive maintenance schedule & Execution for Preventive maintenance of machine.
- Handling Maintenance related Processes like-Predictive, Preventive & Break down.
- Working of extra activities
- Bring Break down level to minimum.
- Able to handle independently Maintenance Dept.
