IMPLEMENTATION OF HR POLICIES

FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT OF EMPLOYEES

MAINTAIN EMPLOYEES DATABASE

DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING LIKE WARNING LETTER, UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE LETTER, TERMINATION LETTER ETC.

GRIEVANCES HANDLING AND COUNSELING OF EMPLOYEES

ENSURE EXCELLENT HOUSEKEEPING AT PLANT  LEVEL

EXECUTION OF ALL AGREEMENTS LIKE CASUALMANPOWER, SECURITY, LEASE ETC.

MONITORING OF ALL HR & ADMIN ACTIVITIES FOR ACPL, SILVASSA
