Mandatory skills – Guidelines for screening the candidates  

Mandate 1

Designing, Managing, Developing, Executing, Creating and Maintaining Construction projects like, Port Infrastructure, Residential Project, Offices, Warehouses etc.

Industrial Projects, Site engineering exp , should have experience in Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) , 

Mandate 2

Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.

Mandate 3

Costing & Budgeting.

Qualification

Candidate must be B.Tech or M. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities / Profile Details

Ø  Proven working experience in civil engineering.

Ø  Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.

Ø  Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.

Ø  Project Costing and Budgeting.

Ø  Project management and supervision skills.

Ø  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø  License with various government departments.

Ø  Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

Ø  Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

Ø  Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.

Ø  Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules for Port Infrastructure, Residential Project, Offices, New Warehouse Project.

Ø  Understanding of various IS and other norms for constructions.

Ø  Understanding of quality norms.

Candidate’s Competencies

Ø  Candidate must be Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering (Civil).

Ø  Min 5 to 8 Years of Experience in construction of various projects like, Port Infrastructure, Residential Projects, Offices, Setup New Warehouse projects & etc.

Ø  Must be a good team person with leading abilities. Must be able to drive a team towards desired targets. Must be trustworthy and high level of integrity and Commitment.

Ø  Must be comfortable with CAD, AutoCAD, Design Skills, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual Skills, Legal Compliance, Drafting, LISP, and Problem Solving.
