- Coordinating with International Customers and various dept. within the
- organization to fulfill customer queries
- Export Pre & Post shipment documentation.
- DGFT related documentation for claiming incentives and preparing
- documents redemption of licenses.
- Functioning of export documentation and claiming export incentive
- Preparation of consignee documents after the post shipment and after receives original BL/FCR/AWB/SWB sending the consignee documents to buyer for a payment purpose
- Processing forwarder & CHA bills payment to the accounts department
- Lodgment of all export documents to bank (ONLINE E-TRADE & MANUAL). Follow up with bank for a lodgment details
- Online uploading documents into the buyer portal for a payment purpose
- Preparing MIS reports with a view to apprise top management
- Self-correspondent and should handle customer queries effectively on calls
